Butterflies always remind me of the innocence of my youth. Their gentle souls flitting from here to there mesmerize me. I had the opportunity to photograph these beautiful Monarchs many times when I went back to the state I grew up in, Iowa. The wing span and dynamic colors draw you in and hold you there for hours.
